Washington v USC -- Cody Kessler just threw a dumb pick on the first drive.

UW missed an FG, so no damage ... but now SC is struggling to move the ball. Two three-and-outs, in essence. (Kessler threw the pick on 3rd and 10)

Kessler nearly threw another pick.* SC's offense looks awfully hapless. UW that good, or is SC just having an off night?

And....UW's QB threw his own dumb pick. UW, too, hasn't had much bite on offense, but that's probably no surprise.

It really angers me that the Toejam band stole our song. But, hopefully every time they play the song it reminds their fans of our game.

Tied up, 3-3. Neither team looks terribly impressive overall, though I'm wondering about UW's defense. I initially assumed Stanford's tilt with them would be a fairly comfortable victory, but I may have underestimated their defense.
(apparently SC's center is out for the game...and I think we know what happens when Literature's Greatest Losers miss their center.)

SC hits a field goal as time expires in the first half to take a 6-3 lead to the half. Kessler is 9/16 for 79 yards, 0 te' sane 2 int's plus be's Been sacked three times by my count. USC would be better off running more; Tre Madden is averaging 8.6 ypc.
