We don't have any honorable heathen Husky fans here on the Cardboard that we can thank, do we?
Amazing the help that Stanford has received over the years.
In 1999, UCLA beat UW in OT to knock them out of the Rose Bowl race. Stanford clinched the Pac 12 the following week when it won Big Game.
In 2013, Arizona shockingly crushed Oregon in a game that kicked off a few hours before Big Game. Stanford beat C.al 63-13 to clinch the P12 North.
And of course this year UW took WSU to the woodshed.

The guys on KGO's After the Game were making comments about health problems in Shaw's family making him emotional. Does anyone know the details?

I am listening to the post-game presser. Shaw started by saying "I won't go into details" then cited health problems in his family and said that staying together as a family is one reason to be thankful at this time of year. Then used that theme of staying together to segue into talking about the game and this season.
