Re: Week Six Wishes - StanfordIndians1 - 10-07-2015

I have attended 4 games in South Bend.  And I agree- after seeing all the favoritism and home cookin ND gets I cannot find any circumstance to cheer for them.  Even when I felt bad for Teo and what he went went thru.  I was told there will be 2 or 3 phantom or favorable calls for the Domers before I attended....but blew the comment off to bias.  But it was true! And I hate when Kelly chews his players on camera like an outraged red faced, neck vein popping idiot. The University of Dead Fake girlfriends can take a hike!!! That's my week 6 wish!

One game at a time!  We should focus on how UCLA will play in their next game, and on making sure the answer is "very poorly".

I want Stanford's future foes to have the best possible strength-of-schedule when the Cardinal play them (and I want past opponents to keep winning). Thus, I hope for:

THU:
Condoms (3-1) over Washington (2-2).

SAT:
TD Jesus (4-1) over Navy (4-0).
Duckz (3-2) over Wazu (2-2).
Buffs (3-2) over Solar Satans (3-2).
Utes (4-0) over Sproulsters (4-0) -- to beef up Utah's rankings if, I suspect, that's the team Stanford meets for the PAC-12 title.

The tough one for me in terms of past foes is Northwestern (5-0). I footed tuition there for one daughter (plus at Stanford for another); yet, my four years in Ann Arbor were life-changing, for the better. A Michigan (4-1) win boosts Utah, a Northwestern win makes our opening game loss even less onerous. Sigh... Go Wildcats.

I just want Stanford to take care of its business and the rest will take care of itself.  And NW is my other alma mater so they get my thumbs up whenever they aren't playing Stanford.

That, and for UDFG, Low APR U, and the University of Seventh Choice to all lose - every week, even when they play each other  ;D

A. Booooooooo!!!!!!!!  Go Navy! My son will be at that game in uniform. I rooted for the Irish against Clemson just so the Mid's victory would be that much more epic.

B. Not sure what to say about someone who roots against his alma mater for some vague and pointless SOS argument, so I won't.
