Yea, one of the radio guys said that it was really smart to be lined up under center so they could run some play action.
*sigh*
I really didn't have much invested in that game because I fully expected them to be blown out. When Giff caught that TD with more than a minute on the clock though, I started to think something might be brewing.Silly me for starting to get emotionally invested.

Presumably because a shotgun snap is kinda hard to do, right?
I still have no idea what the goal was there and Pagano's "explanation" didn't help.

Not mentioned earlier... Toby Gerhart started in place of injured TJ Yeldon on Sunday.

Apparently Whalen had never practiced as the center, but the player who is supposed to do it was injured earlier in the game. You would think, at that point, that you'd take that play out of the rotation. More evidence of Pagano's buffoonery.
