It looked to me like each coach was being hurried away for TV on-field interview. Maybe the Dawg fans wanted Shaw to say something like, darn I'm sorry we beat you Chris ole buddy. Next time we'll back off and let you win. It's only fair. Here's a Participation Trophy.

I watched it again this afternoon also, and I agree with this. Didn't seem like there was anything there. Losing coaches often walk through the handshake, and I can't really blame them.

I have absolutely no respect for any coach or player who refuses give a heartfelt handshake to any or all of his opponents, whether or not his or her team has lost or won. At the end of the day it is only a bloody game.....

Especially when you see so many players hugging and congratulating players from the other team.
