I rather like all the autocorrects. They are quirky and remind us that this place is a little different. That and they have taught me the true utility of the word GIGANTIC.

Let's not forget where we came from. The auto corrects can be annoying, but I thought most of the cheers we had as students were dorky and annoying too. I think there's something to be said for being grounded.

Well, it's Yvonne's world and we just visit it. She and a couple others spend the time and effort to keep this thing going, so the autocorrect is ultimately their prerogative.
That being said, I like some of the autocorrects more than others, and the two h-words (the award and the measure of size) are ones I'd just as soon ditch.

Hear! Hear! I, too, am of this sentiment, fwiw. (Granted, it's not worth much.)

FTFY. I don't mess with the autocorrect.

I wouldn't either if I were in your shoes... but I wanted to be inclusive.

I think the Third Best College Player Award autocorrect should last until McCaffrey's campaign to surpass this award next season begins. You may interpret that as you will :)

Like all jokes, the autocorrects are amusing the first time.
But a joke repeated one hundred times no longer tickles your funny bone; it sledgehammers it, and with a similar result: pain.

One more vote here to can the F Stanford award autocorrect.
Still awaiting the only important vote :)

Sorry to keep you waiting. I vote that we remove that particular auto-correct. In fact, I agree with many here when I suggest removing all of them -- except "the school I wish I had gotten into" and "Bears."

I am fine with 59ers because it's succinct. The other autocorrects use up ten syllables to convey what could more clearly be conveyed with just two letters each: ND and SC. And there's a sort of slam in giving those two schools such short shrift, like calling the two cities "El Ay" and "Frisco."

I don't like 59er because then people end up saying things like "59er down" and "59er with me."
