Completed matches:

3. Lampl wins 6-4, 6-2
6. Higuchi wins 6-3, 6-2

Things going Vanderbilt's way right now, on balance (in the sense that they've forced enough third sets to stay alive). Lampl breaks to take her match, though! Lord holding to start the third felt vital. She had to stop the bleeding there. Gordon just saved two match points to stay alive, but Arbuthnott couldn't convert her break opportunities down 4-5 in the second, and that one will go to a decider.

Two big deuce points on Stanford's serve just now, and both went Vandy's way. Kurtz broke Shin to stay alive, and Contreras broke Lord to get back on serve in that second set.

Never thought I'd be following college tennis, but here I am thanks to TheCardboard.

This is edge of the seat stuff!

While waiting for the scoreboard to tick over, I was pleased to see Stanford serve first in both 3rd set deciders (conventional wisdom is that it's a big advantage to serve first in the decider). Unfortunately, upon a quick google, turns out it really isn't an advantage.
