Nobody in the past decade that I know of. The admit rate is TINY in the first place. Although we've seen alumni come back for MBAs at the GSB; Toby Gerhart is there now I think.
not a football player but I believe Mark Madsen also went to GSB
In Madsen’s case it was after he’d already had an NBA career and been an assistant coach for a couple of years (in the NBA D-league). Much much harder to make an NBA program straight out of college or as a fifth year because most programs will want business experience.

I don’t have many brain cells left from that period, LOL. That was the Bunce year. I looked up Shockley’s stats for ‘71 and they would be consistent with some kind of early season-ending injury or other event.
I do remember he had a big run of about 50 yds against Arkansas but I think that was the year before.

I think I have a definitive answer for you.
I was exploring Sun Life Stadium (now known as Hard Rock Stadium) in Miami on January 3, 2011, before kickoff of the Orange Bowl. I saw a player with a white jersey, a single sewn-on cardinal stripe at the end of the sleeves, and the name "Shockley" in sewn-on letters. I recognized it as no ordinary uniform. I tapped him on the shoulder and asked if that was indeed a 1972 Rose Bowl jersey. It was, and it was Hillary Shockley wearing it.

I seem to remember that Kurt Colehower was an HM-All-Pac-10 around 1985 as a Stanford OLB. Sixth in tackles with 61. Master's in Economics (science, not GSB).

Colehower holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Stanford University, a master's degree in sociology from Stanford University, and a master's degree in business administration from the International Institute for Management Development.
