Yes, he was. Didn't do me much good as Rodgers, MMack, KAllen, and the Bears' defense had inconsistent years.

Any idea of where his season stacks compared to some of the all time fantasy seasons?

I would think it is in the top 10. The total TDs would probably give other running backs the edge.

The gold standard for RBs is Tomlinson in 2006 (on my team that year).

Tomlinson also had the best fantasy season of all time in 2006, when he totaled 2,323 scrimmage yards and 31 total touchdowns. L.T. even had two scoring passes that year.

And McCaffrey caps his season off by being voted all-Pro at two positions (running back and "flex")

My prediction is that he doesn't get voted as all-Pro at flex next year because of expectations and because they will want to give it to Taysom Hill who had  a heck of a game as a backup QB (1-1, 50 yds), running back (4 carries, 50 yds), and receiver/tight end (2 receptions, 25 yds, 1 TD).

RE: McCaffrey - BostonCard - 01-05-2020

Nobody should be voted all pro on the basis of a single game, let alone one that happened the previous season.

But oh Hill can do this week in and week out he will deserve it.

Who's the mysterious and all-controlling "they"? Guess the deep state is everywhere. . . .

Also, methinks flex isn't a position, it's in recognition of his biceps. . .

The media. Same folks who denied McCaffrey the Voldemort.

"The AP began selecting All-Pros in 1940, and is the longest running annual selector of the top NFL players.[5][6] The All-Pro Team is an annual selection of the best players in the NFL by position as selected by a national panel of AP media members. Unlike selection to the Pro Bowls, votes are cast for outstanding players by position without consideration for whether the player competes in the American Football Conference (AFC) or National Football Conference (NFC).
The first team consists of the top one or two players at each position; the second team consists of the runners-up at each position. One player is selected at quarterback, fullback, tight end, center, punter, place kicker, and kick returner, while two players are selected at running back, wide receiver, offensive tackle, offensive guard, outside linebacker, inside/middle linebacker, defensive end, defensive tackle, cornerback, and safety. In 2016, for the first time, the AP picked specific positions on the offensive line, a "flex" player on offense, and a fifth defensive back.[7]
The AP claims that the selection panel is national one, but some NFL media markets such as Detroit, a city that has had an NFL team since 1934, do not have a vote.[8]"

Lamar Jackson was no 1 in my league. (Catches don’t count) . CMac was 2nd.
