Fabulous start. Hope we can sustain this for four quarters. But somehow I doubt we will shoot 85% for the game.

Wow. 25-10 after the first quarter. Great defense and great offense. 4/10 three pointers helps. The only negative is that Lexie remains stone cold. Everyone else including Lacie shooting very well. 0 turnovers and an 11-4 rebounding advantage.
Slocum 0/3. Thank you Lacie and Wilson for your defense!

Well, the torrid pace in the 1st quarter was not completely sustainable, although we maintain a 38-25 lead. The second quarter we "lost" 13-15, so OSU's defense finally took hold. Slocum finally hit a couple of baskets, but no one from OSU has more than 6 points.
Dodson is 5/5 and leads all with 10 points. Lacie 3/4 for 8 points.

Did anyone catch the pregame segment where they showed clips of "Tournament Taylor" Greenfield and asked Ros who might unexpectedly step up for Stanford today? Ros suggested Lacie, who then opened the game with the first five points and has played well. Nice prognostication!

17 point lead headed into the 4th. Dodson is playing a great game. Williams is on fire. Our defense is not letting Tudor get good looks and she has only 1 3ptr

The third quarter went pretty well, helped by the Technical on Rueck. We lead 57-40. Pivec held to 2/10, Slocum 3/9, and Jones is sitting with 4 fouls. Williams has heated up with 5/10 treys.

8-3 run to end the third quarter and we extend the lead to 17 (was 20 before a Slocum three pointer). I would note that OSU has not scored more than 15 points in any quarter, but I don't want to anger any woofing gods.

Turns out OSU scored exactly 17 points in the fourth. We could have scored one point and still won. Not a great end to the game, but after a fast start, we didn't need a great end.
