Who knows, but I'd go with 4-3, maybe 5-2 if everything falls into place.
Predicated on Mills staying healthy.

4 wins -
4-2 with a belief that the 7th game will not happen for those not in the CG.
Losses to UW and Oregon.
It is possible that COVID issues at other schools could get almost any team to become Pac-12 champs.
It will be a crazy season, just hope that everyone stays safe.

At least 4 regular season wins. Possible fifth win at Washington.

Hey Sam has Sinclair gained any weight? Still listed at 207. He is going to get killed if he is still that small.

He was listed at 209 a couple months ago which seems small. (Then again Ryan Johnson is listed at 265 and he's at 280 right now. These weights were prior to the summer and I don't think they get updated again.)
We also don't know what differences in scheme new ILB coach Sanders will run. His first few ILB offers were lanky (200-210) and fast. Seems like he's gonna LOVE Sinclair if that's what he's looking for.

I second this guess, with the hope that there is a 7th game and it's with one of the southerns that Stanford can beat. 5-2 is a good season this year.

Pac-12 media poll has Stanford 4th in the Pac-12 North, above only OSU and WSU. Crossover game would be against UCLA (#4 in the South). So the media pick would be 2-5 or 3-4.

Sadly probably pretty accurate. There's some upside in that prediction, and a lot of downside (if Mills gets injured).

Optimism isnt a disease. MLB did just fine. A short season can work. Let’s hope it does.

When people say 4-3, what is the 7th game? A bowl game? 90% of the bowl games barely break even now, with fans. Considering how little chance there is of them having more than a smattering, are we really assume anything outside of the NY6 are going to bother. What is the point of having two 3-3 teams play with no fans? Who makes money off of that?

The seventh game is a conference game against the south. So if we finish first, we'll play the first place south team; if we finish fourth, we'll play against the fourth place south team, etc.

I'm going with 3-3. I have no idea what will happen in the last game because I don't know who they'll play or whether it will be home or away.
3-0 at home, 0-3 on the road

The pessimistic devil on my shoulder says Stanford is 1-2 or 1-3 when the season is cancelled due to Covid.
But the optmistic angel on my other shoulder — surging with hope and possibly juiced up on dexamethasone — says 6-1 (or even 5-1) conference champion, with another win in Pasadena!!!
An honest case can be made for either outcome.
