RE: WBB: OSU Game at Stanford on the 9th -

I haven't been going to the games this year, but pre-COVID I sometimes met up with Bob, et al, during half time at WBB. It is a good way to get to know the people behind the usernames.
After seeing the comments about the gatherings recently, I thought people might find it useful to have name tags. I know one of my weaknesses is remembering names to go with the faces.
To that end, I got onto the Avery site (the label company, not the pool) and made a simple template with TheCardBoard logo on it for their label #5137 (2"x4"). I can share the template, so you can make your own, with a printed name/username on it, but I don't have an easy place to post it.
However, I created a
PDF for a full sheet of 10 labels with the logo and a blank name space. You can print that on a sheet of #5137 labels, and take it to the game to share, with a marker for people to write their username on it. You could also just print it on paper and just (somehow) wear a paper name tag.
And, if someone asks about the name tag, you can tell them how great the site is. Maybe some other fans will learn about the CardBoard this way.
(I did get permission before posting this.)

Fabulous idea!
Uh oh. Not sure I want to walk around wearing a name tag that says "crackpot."

Change the "a" to an "o" and bring some hot food.

I suggest using "JustAsk." I'm sure Cardboarders would get it.

Has anybody seen the Oregon State website schedule that says that Wednesday's game is "postponed" as of time Mon morning?
https://osubeavers.com/sports/womens-basketball/schedule
The Stanford schedule still has the game scheduled for Wednesday 2pm. I am hoping that OSU is just sloppy with their editing and forgot to change the old language when they cut and pasted to the new date, but it bears watching. Of course, it is probably in their interest to mislead Stanford fans into thinking it is postponed when it is not, it being an away game for them.

All other sites (Comcast, PAC-12, GoStanford) say the game is still on. The OSU site is messed up in another way besides what you just noted. I went there just now and the banner at the top of their homepage says “WOMEN’S BASKETBALL Feb 9 FINAL [sic] OSU Stanford”.
