I have no idea what is coming up through the high schools but I looked around for possible swimmers who could potentially transfer.
DIII 100Br champion (1:00.29 - slower than Raab) was a MIT Junior.  I don't know whether she'd improve enough at Stanford to make even a grad transfer worth it.
DI 100Br champion (56.9) is a USC Soph (who does more than Br).   I have no idea if she is able to handle the academics, but the USC team is relatively weak (16th in the meet).  She was a big name coming out of high school, so I suspect if Stanford was a possibility, she'd have been approached. (On committing to USC, she said she wanted an engineering degree.)
