Yeah, I have. I spend a fair amount of time in the TL—and it can be bat$hit crazy. But there are schools there, and families, and a bunch of nonprofits trying mightily to make the world a better place. Thousands of kids live in the TL, and some of us are trying to create opportunities for them. Rather than dump on it, I wanna try and make it better.
I believe that part of a Stanford education is learning that all of us have a responsibility to make things better when we have the good fortune that enables us to do so.
