Right before going to the break, you could hear the announcer say "the previous play is under review".  Would have been nice if ESPN could have acknowledged that and let us know what was going on with the game.

Kickoff seemed to be caught at the 1 and returned to the 27, but another player signaled fair catch and so their drive started at the 1. Full moon, Stranger Things…

I assume if it had been caught in the end zone it would have been a touchback?  Or a safety?
