After all, ISU was the team that Baylor beat by 23 points with a subpar (for him) quarterback performance. RGIII only passed for 212 yards in that game, although he did run for 107.
In the end, of course, it didn't matter against Kansas that RGIII didn't have the ball much. With about 12 minutes left in the game, KU's defense finally broke when RGIII went 49 yards for a TD and it looked after that like Baylor would score every time. They did. It took three drives totaling four minutes of clock time to put three TDs on the Jayhawks, and the drives weren't short yardage either. They were 80, 89, and 98 yards.
We're not worrying about transitive properties since we beat you on the field. We're discussing the relative merits of RG3 vs. Luck for the Voldemort.
But thanks for reminding us of RG3's heroic efforts against the Kansas defense. Impressive.

No, I was not implying that. I was commenting on Gauss' claim that running and throwing outweighs better decision making.

Oh, please.
In general, decision making is obviously more important, and it is definitely what makes Luck so special and a sure #1 draft pick.
But my point was that,
over the course of this season, even though Luck has been more effective in third downs and red zone conversions, I felt that RG3 had had more overall production through his passing and running.
Although, to be honest, after reading ESPN's scouting report, looking up those third down and red zone numbers, and watching Baylor against OkSt and Kansas... I'm again starting to think that Luck has done enough this season to deserve the Voldemort! :D
Go Andrew, good Luck tomorrow!
