I believe Okore becomes only the third Stanford player to score 40. This isn't the trivia thread, but... anyone hazard a guess on who the third one was?

Unless Wikipedia is wrong, Okorie is the 7th 40 point scorer in program history:

Still a great feat!

Interesting, then GoStanford may be wrong.

Only two players in school history have ever scored 40 or more points in game (Hank Luisetti and Casey Jacobsen)
Yeah, that was from the archive back in 2002, but I think the broadcast said that the last time a Stanford player scored 40 was Jacobsen's game in Feb. 2002. Wikipedia has the references, so I'm likely to believe it, but surprised that a Stanford reference was so wrong!

Ebuka OForty!
Don’t know if they showed it on TV but the funniest 10 seconds of the night was watching one of the GT players chasing Rohisy all over the court trying to foul him on it second possession after he bricked the 2 free throws late. AJ made some pretty good moves too avoid his pursuer.

That was fun. Tech ran out of steam in last four minutes. The 3 guard lineup worked well, every player scored except Grant, I think, and Okorie's NIL just increased.

Those were the only two free throws Stanford missed all game. Rohosy was 0/2, the rest of the team was 17/17. Okorie was 13/13.
