This was the kind of 1st quarter we want. Let's come out and get some points to start the 2nd and things will be looking even better.

It was a good throw (probably PI), but a bad decision.
Other than that and the avoidable sack, he's played really, really well. We've got a game here with the #1 team of the country!

CMON STANFORD.
Oh hell yes. 2 more yards let's go. 92 yards so far.

Hogan is playing out of his skull. I'm not sure Luck could've done any better.
This is obvious, but if he keeps this up we have a chance in this game.

Well, that's easy. Stanford fans!

Radio guys are saying that even on third down, it is not a problem to hear for the offense. Awesome. And that was before this deflator

Re: OL--problem is that linebackers are over eager and anticipating snap count. Need play action or screen.
Never seen LaChip that hot under the collar.

Bullshit personal foul.
Re: Stanford - Oregon Game Thread -
Gauss - 11-17-2012
If you take the 77 yard run by Mariota, Oregon has gotten 5 yards in 8 attempts.
If we keep that up (unlikely...), we win this for sure!

Don't I recall that this is the normal Oregon method? Space out for half the game and then turn on gigantic rockets?
Re: Stanford - Oregon Game Thread -
Rando - 11-17-2012
Let's hope they lost their giant rockets.

Seriously, both of those 4th down stops felt like jarring rips in the time-space continuum. Like glitches in the Matrix.

I just, f...ing, love our defense.

Yep, Oregon started being Oregon in that drive, and it could get worse in the second half.
We need long offensive drives to keep our defense as fresh as possible.
But so far, so good.

DAMNIT HEWITT!!!
Good call though. Could've been six.

Great play call on 4th and 1...
Shame.
