Notre Dame is down their starting center and two safeties. I am predicting 6-8 sacks this game straight up the A gap on a 4 man rush. Stanford rushes for 200yards and Hogan hits Montgomery and Rector both for TD's. Gaffney has 2 rushing TD's as well, one on a 20+ yard run.

Hogan's Heroes 27; Thin Skinned Band Haters 13

I just can't see the depleted Irish O-Line withstanding the pressure that Murphy and Skov can bring.Â Immobile QB, replacement Center and a recent history of allowing 200 pt games does not bode well for the Irish.Â Stanford gets 4 sacks plus several TFLs and runs away with this one in the second half.

As usual, people here would liked to beat the Irish by more, but it was a good win, against a very solid team. Well done Cardinal!

As for the score predictions, we had something we hadn't had since the first game: a winner that predicted the exact score.
Congratulations 81alumn, your 10 point bonus is well deserved.

In the overall standings, Extra Point did well, and cut Leftcoast's lead to just 21 points. We have some excitement left here with 2 games to go!
I think Kevin Gemmell (in third) is now out of the race, and remarkably, Ted Miller has climbed up back to 5th after falling to 19th midway the season. I guess the pros know what they're doing...
