Us = 24
Them = 21
Jordan Williamson redeems himself with a game-winning (last minute?) FG. Our D also scores a TD.
Looking forward to an exciting game!*

ASU 10 (I was going to say 17, but that seemed too easy)
Keller Chryst
and Hogan throw 2 touchdowns each cheers on his fellow QB Kevin Hogan as Hogan throws a bunch of touchdown passes. Ty Montgomery returns a kickoff for a touchdown. Barry J Sanders gets unleashed and breaks ASU ankles all over the field. Cajuste
manhandles his defenders rests and recovers in record time. Jeff Trojan who catches anything that comes his way and is my favorite unsung player, catches everything that comes his way.
Yeah.
All right, since my post might have been misconstrued as predicting injury, I modified it. Really, the scenario I was going for was that Shaw declares QB by Committee and in a surprising move has Chryst and Hogan each starting alternate quarters, and they both spectacularly well.
Considering all of my previous predictions have been completely wrong (how many fumblerooskis have we run?), I didn't see the harm in the original post, but of course, there's always that fear of, "What If This Is The Day That The Universe Decides To Listen To GoodGrief?" I'd be pretty bummed about using my one-day superpower for something like that instead of, "GoodGrief gets cast as the star of the new Star Wars series."

And they won't burn Keller's redshirt. So I thought perhaps GG's made a prediction for next year. The problem is we don't play ASU and Montgomery and Trojan don't have any more eligibility. So the only way GG's prediction comes true is a nightmare scenario where 3 Stanford quarterbacks get injured. GG, you need to take this one back - even if it's tongue in cheek.

Okay Publius, I have modified the original post, although I'm pretty sure that David Shaw/The Universe wasn't listening to me anyway.

Let's see, ASU defense gets worse, Stanford offense gets worse. ASU offense stays the same (gets better?), Stanford defense stays the same/gets a little better.
Clearly the result will be the same as the last game we played in Tempe. Actually, I'll remove a score from us, so that the internet has reason to believe this team continues to be the worst team ever fielded by Stanford.
31-14 us.
