Lot of drama on 15 and 16. Aubert rolled a long birdie putt close for a gimme on 16. Danielson did the same on 15. Meanwhile Thomas hit a birdie putt off the green. Aubert wins the hole. And Luo three putted. Danielson wins the hole.
Aubert is dormie 2.
Danielson is all square.
Back at 13 Kim had an 8 footer for birdie and a win. She three putted to go 3 down.

Yuuuge turn of events. Aubert 1 hole away from winning her match. Stackhouse is 2 holes away. They need to hold because Kim is down 3 with 5 to go and Kersten is down 4 with 5 to go.
As it has appeared since the turn, it will all come down to Danielson's match. All squared with three holes to go, and, if necessary, sudden death.

Both Danielson and Luo hit their approaches on the green on the par 3 16th. But both are 30+ feet away. It's a very tricky green with the pin on a shelf above a false front. Thomas in the previous group was too aggressive with her birdie putt and rolled it off the false front. A 2 putt would be a good result.

Danielson and Luo both 2 putted. Luo a solid stroke from 6 feet. Danielson snuck hers in the side. All square going into 17.
Rhee birdied 14 to get within 2 down to Stackhouse.

Aubert barely misses a 25 footer for birdie to win vs. Thomas. But Thomas then burns the edge with her short birdie putt. Stanford wins its first point 2 and 1.
But Kersten just got closed out. Point Washington.

Rhee birdied her 2nd consecutive hole on 16 vs Stackhouse. She is only 1 down with 2 to play.
Danielson terrific drive on 17 with a shot to knock it on in 2. Luo drove in the rough then played out about 100 yards short. But Danielson pulled her shot left of the green giving back the advantage. Stay tuned . . .

Luo hit a terrific wedge 5-6 feet away for birdie. Danielson had a really tough pitch shot that she did not pull off. She has a 50 footer for birdie.

Well, about the only upshot was that Stackhouse was in a worse position last year (down 2 with 2 to go). But it sure looks like it is UW's to lose.

Luo drives in the bunker on 18. Danielson flirts with the bunker with her tee shot but the ball skips past it 25-30 more yards and in the fairway. Advantage Danielson.

Rhee has 3 straight birdies. A low-ranked, freshman and a significant underdog. Maybe that took off some of the pressure.

Luo's ball in the bunker was below her feet. From a tough lie, she played short of the green. Danielson in the middle of the green maybe 25 feet away.
