Whew! Not creative, but effective....and hopefully demoralizing to SC.

That was awesome.
Bloomgren just handed SC the halftime adjustment.

Did we play a receiver on that drive? Also, no Chryst yet, right?

Is it the deafening atmosphere that is causing all these false starts?

I think they just said 152yds USC, 186 McC from scrimmage.

A trick play? :)

During last scoring drive, TV announcer said that Stanford sensed fatigue in SC defense and was just running it at them to take advantage. Should be good sign for second half.

It's not all that loud here.

Not quite, but he has 108 yards rushing and 65 receiving. Also, he's outscoring SC 14-3. uSC is 0/4 on third down.

It's nice and loud, but not loud enough to explain all those false starts.

Man I hate it when we run out the half like that. We should have a gameplan where each play has a higher chance of points for us than for our opponents. It demonstrates a lack of confidence in our offensive talent, playcalling, or simple laziness.

Great half by McCaffery. Good half by the defense. It would seem that SC could still score some points, especially if they cut down on their penalties.

Yeah, most of the false starts have been on first down, when the crowd is pretty quiet. The atmosphere is a hit subdued, perhaps because it's been a bit of a methodical game with only a couple big plays.

Intellectual brutality right? Every play we should be trying to plunge the dagger into SC. Particularly against SC!

Our D-line is getting pushed. Good thing we have a lead.

ILBs Perez and Branch is an odd choice IMO. were pretty poor in that drive.
