We needed to start strong.  I liked the way the offense was moving, and we got screwed out of a first down on the first drive.  But way too many mistakes, from Ukropina hitting the uprights to Scarlett fumbling.  And we simply cannot afford mistakes.

There was a clear hold (jersey grab) on the third down play.  Should have been an automatic first down.

The good news is that we got 117 yards on offense and possessed the ball for over 11 minutes in the first quarter.  Burns has been pretty accurate and Love has held his own (6 carries, 35 yards).  The bad news, we still have a bagel as turnovers and mistakes leave us down 7-0.

Frustrating, but there is some hope.
