Let's see Burns again.

My thought exactly. 3rd bad snap today. At least we got 3 points.

Might as well just put McCaffrey under center the rest of the season.

At least we recovered that one, but I'd really like to go a few games without having one of those fumbled snaps.

Burns was fumbling snaps too. It might be the center.

He was NOT out of the tackle box.

I think so. I recall in the spring game that Burns was dealing with a few high snaps then. Which I thought at the time was a nice positive in Burns's favor, but didn't think anything more of it. Turns out it was a harbinger.

Not just about the snaps, our offense isn't exactly humming. Chryst continues to look like a downgrade.

CMAC has 112 rushing yards. We are averaging 7.0 ypc and the Beavers are at 3.6 ypc. Love is averaging 16.5 ypc!

I dunno, the running game looks solid today. You're right that the pass game is no great shakes; it certainly looks worse than the first two games of the season. It doesn't look much different than the next four, by my eyes.
To me it looks like it's not just a new quarterback, but also new receivers and coaches that are needed.

Totally agree. Seeing him emerging week by week

Doesn't look too different from recent games, sure. But defensive quality is much lower these last two games as well.
I agree though, several weak links.

15 yard kick catch penalty gives us great FP. Let's get a TD on this drive!

I'm not a big fan of that pitch draw play.

Missed 47 yard FG. Terrible possession. :(

A few nice completions for Chryst and a couple of nice tough runs for McCaffrey :)
Oh, followed by two inaccurate passes in a row :(

Definitely not the quality of play we are used to at several positions, IMO. HOpefully they can "work through it" and we can finish both the game & the season strong

Chrsyt's two bad throws killed that drive. Ugh, not understanding why Burns isn't warming up on the sideline.
