Isn't it supposed to rain? That should favor the team with the better running game (us) over the team with the better passing game (them), and it should favor the team that relies more on its defense (us) over the team that relies more on its offense (them).

Wow, a story. That was my freshman year. Me and my buddies sat around scheming how to steal the axe. We had ideas that included helicopters if I recall. Thank God we didn't have too much to drink...
1982-83 was my junior year. My ME 103 Visual Thinking course project that year was how to steal the axe. I actually visited the C.al campus to scope out its location and come up with a plan.

That's awesome!!!

Yeah, well she has lost her Stanford-mojo just lately.
In the Oregon prediction contest she only managed 3 points, i.e. third worst prediction made - and the other two were offerings to the woofing gods.

Reminds me that I need to post the cumulative standings. But eyeing the spreadsheet, even with the 3 pt showing against Oregon, she's running in third place. In fact, she was in the lead after OSU! Eric is back in front... you are doing pretty well there.

Sweeeeet.
But to move on the big boys like Eric (and you?) I'm going to have to take some risks as the season winds down.

That's one thing I like about prediction games where they keep tally all year, the losers have to get increasingly outlandish as time goes on. I vaguely remember the Pac-12 blog doing that, maybe back when it was just Gemmell and Miller.

Dang I can't seem to make up my mind. Updated submission via the form already.
Team who's band is better but wont be at the game: 24
Team who's band is inferior but will be at the game: 7
Weather results in a ground game. Fortunately that means running clock, so it won't be a 5 hour ordeal in the rain.
