Anyone else wondering why we didn't do that on 1st down and keep trying until it worked? Seems impossible to stop consistently, even if they know it's coming.

A drop on an easy pass by KS ended that drive. Defense much better for Stanford on last series, and 3rd and long deep in own end limits options. No need to take an unnecessary risk.

Totally agree with this. Thankfully, Alferi with great coverage on 3rd and 5 to get us off the field.

We are hanging in there against a good team in a very hostile environment. We must break them.
Is it just me? I cannot hear the broadcasters during the game over the crowd and band noise. Commercials sound normal.

Biggest problem that has prevented us from edging ahead has been drops. Costello has been otherwise perfect. OL has been pretty solid, Love has been dangerous. Defense is finding its footing.
