Stanford has one more scoring opportunity before reaching the limit of nineteen sports. The four lowest scoring sports subject to replacement by higher scoring Spring teams are:
Wrestling 34
Football 45
Fencing 54
Women's Gymnastics 55.5
In addition to Baseball, which is a required sport, ten other Cardinal teams still have an opportunity to earn Cup points.

Thanks for the update. I thought football was one that had to count now ?

Bob, the required Men's sports are Basketball and Baseball:
Division I: Count 19 sports with the following breakdowns (decreased by 1, 19.1 avg.)
- Four of which must be Baseball and Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball and Women's Volleyball
- The next highest 15 (max.) sports scored for each institution, regardless of gender, will be used in the standings

Stanford continues to lead with a total of 1,258.75 thanks to the 100 points earned by the WPP National Championship team. USC and UCLA made big moves, but are far behind with YTD totals under 700 points.

A look at the Pac-12's current scores and how they compare to this time last year.

WE've reached our 19 sports, right? If so, additional scoring will only add marginally as our lowest scoring teams are replaced.

BC, yes we’re at nineteen now with Baseball.

Our low scoring teams that could be dropped for future successes are:
Men’s Wrestling 34
Football 45
Fencing 54
Women’s Gymnastics 55.5
Men’s Swimming 60
That sound right Big Easy?

Men's tennis lost in the Round of 16, which is worth 64 points.
Women's tennis is still alive, of course, but will score at least 73 points. If they win in the quarters today but lose in the semis, it'll be 83 points. If they lose in the final, it's 90 points.

Women’s indoor track 63.75. :)

Women's tennis will now be a minimum of 83 after beating Pepperdine in the quarterfinals.

Wait, if men’s basketball is one of the four required, then don’t we max out at 18?

He is including men's basketball in the 19 sports even though we got 0 points for it. So, yes, you are correct that Stanford will only score in 18 sports, just like last year.

Make that a minimum of 90 for women's tennis! Going for 100 tomorrow....

Yes, those are the five lowest scores (after 0 for Men's Basketball which can't be dropped).
Counting Baseball which is also required and TBD, we are already at nineteen sports. So, the Tennis teams earn 164 points for a net gain of 85 and a revised total of 1,343.75 Cup points.
Baseball offers the most potential additional points, but several other Spring sports could earn a net of 20 to 30 points each as well.

Women's Golf finishes in fifth place earning 72.75 Cup points, unofficially. They replace 54 from Fencing for a net gain of 18.75 and a new unofficial total of 1,362.50.
Stanford teams have a realistic chance of exceeding last year's total of 1,442.00 points.

RE: 2018-19 Standings -

Why doesn’t golf replace wrestling? Or did the 100 points we got for women’s tennis already do that?
Looks like we need 80 points to eclipse last year’s total. Presumably that will come from baseball (which won’t displace any other sport as it is a mandatory counter) and men’s golf, if they get more than 55.5 points. We also have outdoor track, but do we expect the track teams to displace anything? Any other sports outstanding?
Thanks
