We take the doubles point as Choy/Yepifanova edges Morlet/Gallagher in the set tiebreak and we are up 1-0 going into the singles matches against ASU.

I believe Choy and Yepifanova were down 5-2 at one point

2. Yepifanova leads 4-1 (double break)
3. Blake leads 6-0
4. Houghton down 2-3 (on serve)
5. Xu tied 1-1
6. Choy down 1-2 (down a break)

Ma won her first set, but we lost first sets on 2,4,5,6. Need at least one of them to win a 3-setter for us.
I've gotten the impression that Yepifanova is a very streaky player, no?

we've completely reversed our past years' formula for winning: we won by taking the doubles point and the top 3 courts.
What's important is that our late-season improvement has finally made its appearance--I had lost hope. As BC points out, we are now champions of the Northwest division of the A10!
