We just had two sacks and a TFL on a single series; we go entire games without that degree of big play by the defense.

CAL Defense is adjusting by blitzing. Wilcox is dialing up the pressure on Daniels.
When you sit at 3-7, and it's Big Game -- you go on 4th down.
Taylor goes on 4th more than any one else in the league.
He has confidence in Daniels scrambling ability -- and it pays off!

Since the first two scoring drives, Daniels is 1-3 for 3 yards passing. Cal has shut down Stanford's passing game.

Frosh Safety in for Leigber, JD Sumlin (#18) doing the job. He blocked the deeper pass; than CalSucks misses the FG.
Sumlin is from the Sierra Canyon (11-1) team last year that went to the SoCal final against Mater Dei.
Perennial power school in SoCal. Sumlin is a steal from WASH / WAST / OREG / ZONA

Yeah. our offense is definitely stuck in neutral.
Hope it picks up because we are going to need more than 14 points to win this game.
