48 to 10, the good guys

Stanford's Angry Nerds on D flex their muscles and hit their stride in this game.  The D scores twice in this game.  On offense, Hogan continues to hook up with Cajuste and Montgomery, while Gaffney and Wilkerson break off some big gains.

Still need to improve on both sides of the ball. Utah's defense seems tougher than I expected but we scored 31 against UW and Hogan was off. He's better this week so we score more. Lack of running keeps Utah from scoring much.

All right, that game against Utah didn't go like we predicted, now, did it?  :(
Oh well, I think we are still going to have a good and exciting season.

This week *everyone* got the 5 point penalty for guessing the wrong winner, but of course, some predictions were better than others (I'm looking at that optimistic 48-10 for Stanford at the bottom, martyup...).

Leftcoast, NYCCardinalFan, FarmBoy, and Kevin Gemmell win this week although the accuracy of their comments separates them a bit.

In the overall standings, we now have 3 of these 4 in the lead! Griffin78 relinquishes his grip for the first time in the season.

I'm glad that I'm last on this one.  That means that I went into this game with the most unwavering confidence in my team.  However, do we really have to get negative scores?  That really adds insult to injury.

It is what it is. The insult for me is now I have to teach an entire day in a Utah polo thanks to a bet I made with a high school friend who is a Utah fan.  That is adding insult to injury.

That's bad, but I have to live in Utah and suffer death by 1000 verbal cuts when I wear my Stanford clothing.

I'm surprised to win the tie-breaker given my prediction of a good night from Williamson!  It must have been my overall concern about Stanford putting the pieces together that swayed our very lenient judges.
