Re: Oregon game thread - Sea Loon - 11-01-2014

We probably need at least two lucky breaks this half, and to manufacture some pressure on Mariota.

Freeman is a good back.

Re: Oregon game thread - Cardinal96 - 11-01-2014

We were going great there.  Hogan had all the time in the world and threw into double coverage.  Terrible pass.

Re: Oregon game thread - Kathy - 11-01-2014

A drive-killing interception  :'(

Are there any drive-saving ones?

Re: Oregon game thread - 2 for 2028 - 11-01-2014

Normally I wouldn't be that concerned about an interception at their one yard line.  Tonight ... not so much.  They've gained 20 yards in me typing those two sentences.

Re: Oregon game thread - stupac2 - 11-01-2014

Jesus we needed that. Thank you Carter.

Alex Carter INT! - BostonCard - 11-01-2014

Uncharacteristic mistake by Mariota, throwing into double coverage.  The INT was generously proportioned.

The ones *we* make, yay, go Cardinal!

Re: Oregon game thread - Kathy - 11-01-2014

YES!

Re: Oregon game thread - BostonCard - 11-01-2014

We need to keep feeding Cajuste until they show they can stop him.  He's open for 15 yards every time.

Re: Oregon game thread - washingtonismoney - 11-01-2014

Shuler has had a bad game, though at least he hasn't had an oopsie snap yet.

Re: Oregon game thread - stupac2 - 11-01-2014

FG here is a mistake.

Re: Oregon game thread - Fuzzy Dunlop - 11-01-2014

Why are we running on 2nd and 16??

Type faster...

Re: Oregon game thread - BostonCard - 11-01-2014

Williamson made his third field goal, which technically makes this a one score game.

The problem is that that opening closes once we get close to the end zone.

Yeah, anyone know who they got from the soccer team to steal Williamson's jersey and make all these field goals?

Oregon is playing bend-don't-break... And they've done a pretty good job so far...

Re: Oregon game thread - BostonCard - 11-01-2014

Royce Freeman is as good as advertised.

Re: Oregon game thread - TrumpCard - 11-01-2014

Phillips is more effective than Parry right now. Good for next year but too bad that Parry wasn't at his best today.
