FSU looked OK, and likely will not lose in ACC play.  However, South Bend U looked OK and was playing on the road.  In some ways, South Bend U was an unlucky loser.

Not hard to imagine a scenario where both schools take slots in the football playoff.  And that would make it rather unlikely that any Pac-12 team would get in since South Bend U could have three wins against Pac-12 schools.

Heh.  After watching us play so far tonight, playoffs are so far from my mind.  At this point, I am pulling for an 8-4 season.

That's pretty optimistic. The way the offense is playing tonight, I'm not sure Stanford can win two more games and become bowl eligible.
