Oh goodness, Jordan Williamson can't tackle for his life.  He got blocked by thin air.  (I know, he was trying to trip the return man...but no, just no.  Sebastian Janikowski he is not.)

Your move, McCaffrey.

Aw, kickoff is short, and Kelsey Young takes it up the field.

The wildcat play really needs to be exorcised from the playbook

Ok, random pleasant thoughts while Stanford finishes this beat-down
- Hogan confirms that he's accurate when he has time to throw
- Hooper has good hands, good route running
- McCaffrey is really fast and has vision

Come on let's get the ball back and reach 50!

Re: Maryland game thread - fullmetal - 12-30-2014

Am I seeing things?  I don't see Hogan sidearming the ball anymore...!  I think I saw a quick throw without a windup!

Of course, Crower is in the game now...

Noticed that, too. One throw I can recall (because the camera shot was from behind the line), he didn't bring the ball down to his waist or even really below his shoulders. Instead he held it high and then just kind of flung/snapped the ball down the field with some authority.

That's all I ever wanted to see Hogan improve.  I'm done, he's NFL-ready...or national championship-ready.
