The first Burns play was a Bryce Love run for a first down.
Second was a delay of game on Cameron Scarlett from the wildcat.
Third was indeed an incomplete pass when NC did not bite on the bootleg.

Yeah, I clicked submit after that unfortunate Chryst injury. I'm hoping it's not acl and that Burns will seize this opportunity for something to look back on.

IF it is an ACL tear for Chryst, KJ Costello's prospects for starting in 2017 have to be considered very good.

I think so. Costello will basically get every snap with the ones during spring.
