Mick, you got five of the seven -- the ones shaded in red above. Clemens was a 7-time ERA leader. Walter Johnson, Mathewson, Koufax, and Kershaw were 5-time ERA leaders.
That leaves two more.

Close but not quite. Maddux was a 4-time ERA leader (as were Randy Johnson and Grover Cleveland Alexander from Mick's list).
We're still missing two 5-time+ ERA leaders.

Denton True Young - known as Cy Young, Cy short for "Cyclone" didn't lead the majors in ERA five times, just twice. Had an interesting life nonetheless:
- Farm boy with a sixth-grade education. Later in his career, he doubled as Harvard's pitching coach and the local media loved the contrast.
He played second base and pitched for a minor league team. His first year as a starting pitcher for a minor league team, he was 15-15.
He threw so hard, they moved back the mound because of him and two Giants, Amos Rusie and Jouette Meekin.
He invented the changeup (he called it the "slow ball") and perfected the curve.
He threw from four different arm slots; overhand, three-quarters, sidearm and occasionally submarine; attributing his longevity to using his arm in different angles.
He beat Chicago in his major league debut, throwing a three-hitter. He threw so hard, his catcher inserted a steak inside his glove for more padding.
He always argued that the most important element in pitching was control and led the league in fewest walks per nine innings in 14 different seasons. Young led the league in WHIP seven times, WAR and shutouts six times, in wins five times. Strikeouts and ERA, just twice. Owns career records in:
- Wins / 511
- WAR / 165.6
- Losses / 315
- Starts / 815
- Complete Games / 749
- Innings pitched / 7,356
- Hits allowed / 7,092
- Earned runs allowed / 2,147 (but just a 2.63 ERA)
- Batters faced / 29,565
He was a decent hitter for a pitcher: .210, 18 career HRs, 35 triples, 87 doubles. He was a good fielder - he still hold the career record for most assists by a pitcher.
Rube Waddell of the A's threw a one-hitter against the Red Sox and taunted Young to face him the next time the A's played the Red Sox...so, three days later Young pitched the first perfect game in MLB's modern era against the A's. That perfect game was the centerpiece of a pitching streak. He set major league records for most consecutive scoreless innings pitched and most consecutive innings without allowing a hit (still a record at 25 1/3rd innings).
He was the oldest pitcher to throw a no-hitter until Nolan Ryan broke his record. In that no-hitter, Young gave up just one walk.
He became a vegetarian after baseball and was a Freemason. Also, Young was NOT part of the first Hall of Fame class with Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Walter Johnson, Christy Mathewson and Honus Wagner. The initial idea was that the first fifteen slots would be divided up ten in the 20th centry players and five from the 19th century...Young played half his career in each century, so didn't make the first class.

Correct! Lefty Grove led the AL in ERA 9 times.
The last guy was a 5-time ERA leader (4 times in the AL, once in the NL) who played in the last 40 years.

He was a good pitcher, and an SFBA native. Went to Richmond HS and played for the Seals.
The only thing I remember about Lefty Gomez is that he's part of an obscure trivia question: Which Hall of Fame pitcher struck out five future Hall of Fame players in a row (in the 1934 All Star game). Answer was Carl Hubbell, who struck out Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Jimmy Foxx, Al Simmons and Joe Cronin. He also struck out a sixth Hall of Famer in Lefty Gomez, but then Gomez was a pitcher and a terrible hitter (fifth worst in history with 1,000+ plate appearances), so...not that big a deal. Valenzuela tied that record by striking out Mattingly, Ripken, Barfield, Whitaker and Teddy Higuera in succession.

Gomez could pitch. Made seven All-Star teams in a row -- probably would have been nine if they had the All-Star game in 1931 when he went 21-9 or 1932 when he went 24-7 (and finished 5th in MVP balloting). He led the AL in strikeouts 3x.
Odd trivia: Gomez and Grove each threw three innings in the 1933 All-Star game.

Odder trivia: Lefty Gomez holds the record for most innings pitched in an All-Star game with six (and most career All-Star wins with three, and most career All-Star starts with five, tied with Drysdale and Robin Roberts):

The Giants and Dodgers have been playing each other, in one incarnation or another, since the 1889 World Series when they were the Brooklyn Bridegrooms and the New York Giants. The World Series that year was between the winner of the National League (Giants) and the winner of the American Association (Bridegrooms). The Bridegrooms defected to the National League the next year.
Here's the trivia questions, as of today:
Who is ahead in the cumulative regular season series against each other?
It is exactly tied. Both teams are 1,287-1,287-17.
Who is ahead in post-season face to face games?
Dodgers have a 3-2 lead.
Who has been to the postseason more?
Dodgers have been to 39 playoffs, Giants have been to 27. Dodgers have been to 26 World Series, Giants have been to 23 World Series.
Who has won more World Series?
Giants have won ten, Dodgers have won eight.
Which team has more overall wins?
Giants have won 11,671 games in their history, Dodgers have won 11,519.
Which team has more overall losses?
Dodgers have 10,135 losses, Giants have 10,097.
Which team has scored more runs per game?
Giants, 4.6 to 4.5.
Which team has allowed the fewest runs per game?
Dodgers, 4.2 to 4.3.
Amazing how close both teams are.

I'll take the easy one - the Lopi, Brook & Robin on the Bucks.
Also, I think Giannis Antetokounmpo has a brother that is also on the Bucks.

Also correct. Their careers were virtually identical. Both made three All Star teams. They were within 5% in most categories of each other.
