I did note the two he overthrew a couple receivers.  Still, it's a bit odd to note "how bad a game Hogan is having."

He's doing it because Kalambayi is on the kickoff team this game and he also wears 34. Hasn't done it previously.

We have seen both Ukropina and #14 kick off at different times this year.

So if this keeps up, does Shaw keep Hogan in to try and improve his draft stock, or let him ride off into the sunset and give Chryst and Burns the 4th?

He released it beyond the on-screen line, definitely.  I saw that too.  I'm guessing there's some margin of error between the digital line and the true LOS though.
