And now a pick-six for 'bama. SC reminds me of some tennis matches you see -- yeah, maybe the guy puts up a set or two of resistance against Djokovic or Nadal or Federer, but eventually their mentality erodes and they're done.

USC has 6 yards rushing at halftime. :D
Re: Week 1 Games of Interest - ChicagoCard - 09-03-2016
Is that move by Ruffin an S,C, thing? One of their running backs did the same thing to a Stanford player in '12. Anybody remember that?

Helton is doggedly leaving Browne in the game despite his struggles. I like this move. The spoiled fans will blow up the internet calling for Helton's head.

Also of note: WSU is currently losing to Eastern Washington.

IT's not Browne. Nobody is even close to open...especially that assclown Juju.

I'm not watching the game, just the box score on the internet. They will still call for his head. That's just how they roll.

Somehow JuJu Smith-Schuster has only one touch and Ronald Jones seven. Beginning to wonder how smart Helton is.

EWU squanders the chance to go up 17 with a poorly-thrown endzone fade.

Beginning?

Yeah that really changed the tenor of this game. Also: tons and tons of flags in this game.

Brutal game for USC QB's:
Max Browne
14/29, 101 yds, 3.5 ypa, 0 TD, 1 INT
Sam Darnold
1/3, 4 yds, 1.3 ypa, 0 TD, 0 INT
TEAM 15/32 105 3.3 0 1
Alabama up 45-6. 412-148 yard differential. I realize it is Alabama, but if we are as good as we think we are, we ought to win by a couple of TD's. HElton is I think 0-3 since being made permanent head coach.

Worth remembering that WSU lost to
EWU an
FCS team (Portland State) last year too.

Stanford is going to have to put a "what's your deal" style hurting on SC to avoid a big drop in the polls.

Uh, why? Teams almost never drop when they beat P5 teams.

SC is not looking like a P5 team.
