lex24 - lex24 - 11-09-2019

This is pathetic.  Last comment which I’m sure you’ll be glad – all we heard about off-season is how good Saint Brown  Wilson and Wedfington are. Well where the ***** are they. Do they ever get the ball in their hands. I mean it’s absolutely absurd.

If Sanborn had made the kick, I would have predicted a final score of Colo. 31 - Stanford 9.

Now, I think it will be Colorado 31 - Stanford 6.

That drive was infuriating. Taking the kickoff OOB when it would've been a penalty. The personal foul. The ridiculous hold call (I get why it was called, so that was half on St Brown for doing something dumb and half on the ref for throwing a stupid flag), then running on 3rd and 5 to kick on 4th and 3, only to miss. What in the ***** is going on with this team? We're playing like a bunch of morons.

To be fair, we had eight blockers and they had eight in the box.

Now, that means we only had one receiver wide, and they had three defenders.  The issue is that Wilson whiffed on his block and that blew up the play.  I think if Wilson does a better job, and Scarlett could have gotten a head of steam inside the play probably would have gotten a first down.

Defense with a nice start to the half. Swann with a great tackle to force 3 and out.

Costello has no zip on the football. He is clearly not 100%.

Unreal catch by Parkinson to help out his QB.

RE: Ok, time for next to start (CU game thread) - BostonCard - 11-09-2019

Looked pretty good on that play to Parkinson.  But yeah, something ain’t right.

Lex, if you are still around, Costello completed a pass to Weddington.

BC

Back to back sacks.  That was... ugly.

BC

Delay of game on the punt.  Doesn’t matter much, but still...

Is it Mills time?

RE: Ok, time for next to start (CU game thread) - d4cohn - 11-09-2019

Why are we taking a TO, when we are trailing, on a punt?

RE: Ok, time for next to start (CU game thread) - BostonCard - 11-09-2019

Ok, there is literally no reason to call a time out on the punt, especially after a delay of game.  What the hell?

Stanford also needs an AD with stones.

RE: Ok, time for next to start (CU game thread) - martyup - 11-09-2019

I thought CO called the TO

RE: Ok, time for next to start (CU game thread) - BostonCard - 11-09-2019

Nope, we called it.

Next needs to stop!

Joe Burrow and LSU vs Ohio State would be a of immense proportions story.

The one who got away.

So would have Oklahoma and Jalen Hurts against Alabama.
