You may have seen Jayson Raines line up in-line a few times, including on Farrell's handoff TD (he pancaked a Colorado LB beautifully). Raines is on the large side for a WR and wears a similar number.

Bruins

Walk-On Union Watch. Six non-scholarship players got PT against UCLA. No statistics were recorded in the game unless noted.

• C Logan Berzins, sr., played in his seventh game.
  
• P Aiden Flintoff, fr., played in his fifth game, punting once for 52 yards, and once for 42 yards.
  
• LS Peyton Warford, so., played in his seventh game.
  
• WR David Kasemervisz, jr., played in his fourth game.
  
• WR Jason Thompson, so., played in his fifth game. He was the primary KO return man, returning four kicks for a total of 61 yards.
  
• DL Matthew Merrit, sr., made his season debut, recording a tackle. Congrats!

• ILB Spencer Jorgensen, a 5th year former walk-on, had a solid game with four tackles, including a half TFL. He's played in every game this season.

Non-Senior Transfer/Retirements Needed: 1

Terian Williams entered the transfer portal (as did walk-on Zephron Lester), opening up a scholarship. In addition, we lost one commit (LB/TE Luke Ferrelli, to Kal), decreasing the incoming class to 25. That means, if only the seniors/fifth years return who have indicated they will do so (listed above), we need one more non-senior portal declaration or one more commit defection. Of course, this also assumes no more incoming commits or transfers, which is unlikely.
