This is a fun game, and I don't want to discount it, but this should be much closer than it is. Important to keep in mind when evaluating play.

Yes he has. Oregon's defense is bad, but Chryst has done a lot of defense-independent things well. Very encouraging.

Yes, he's hit a number of good passes.  Having JJ as a tall target helps.

And now Brown pulls up during an open run with a hamstring injury....

His accuracy problem seems to be gone. I think it was just rust, and maybe some new-starter nerves.

Right. He skipped his first pass but he's been more or less on the money since then, including some very tough sideline throws.
