Hm, wondering who else you would have on the list (for purely speculative/hypothetical purposes). Mason maybe? Lance Anderson? I suppose you could throw Bloomgren on the list too.

I don't see that one.

Roman would be short list I suspect.

If anyone can fumble the hand-off,  our AD has all the qualifications.

That's a bit unfair, don't you think? The Haase hiring looks solid. The softball screw-up and dilly-dallying on firing Dawkins are major bad points, but he doesn't look comprehensively clueless to me.

Muir's hiring of Greg Meehan looks like a great pick. I believe Chris Miltenberg looks like a good hire. Goldstein may be a good pick, but it's hard for me to say at this point. It's early with Haase, but so far, so good.

Re: Coaching carousel - Phogge - 12-13-2016

Anderson, Sanford and my long shot, DC at Utah Morgan Scalley. Manga Cum Laude, was Utes recruiting co-o and spec teams coach. No scuttlebutt but the Utes play hard, as Stanford knows.

As for assistant openings in the next few years I like Burl Toler III who just lost his job at Fresno with the rest of the staff after Tedford's massacre of same. SI grad, Cal walkon who played a lot. The great Burl I his grandpa and a real football family.

Re: Coaching carousel - OutsiderFan - 12-14-2016

Isn't Muir's next big hire going to be a new Baseball coach?

So Utah recruiting = Japanese comic books? - Redrum - 12-14-2016

Very stylized and full of violence?
