I am mystified by why they give the ball to Rector on end-arounds and reverses.  His only real asset is his speed, and he always comes to a near complete stop when facing tacklers.

And he is really poor at setting up and using blockers.

However he did score on that long reverse vs SC this year to lock up that big win.
