Actually that looked like Meeks did not get help over the top by Edwards #9, who got sucked in so that Falk could go over the top to Martin in the back of EZ.
That is a Leach designed play to get the Safeties setup with lots of stuff underneath, and then burn them.

Costello, like Schultz, just missed his block there. It's as if players are going to where they expect the player to be as opposed to where they actually are.
