The Pac12 South is a mess with UTAH (2-2) losing to WAST today.
Only COLO (4-0) is unbeaten in the South -- sure, saw that coming.
With FLST and VATech not up to par this year -- NDAM may be undefeated going into U$C (2-2) game Nov 24.
Not a sure thing, it'll take some good liquor, but might be the first game I root for the Trojans. Wait!!! What the hell am I thinking? Only one thing I know for sure. Our O-line sucks against top notch talent.

Things are going from bad to worse.
Oh well, at least it wasn't a conference game. Go home and try to get ready for Utah. Hopefully Love won't be out for too long.
We are playing so poorly now, it is almost getting comical.

Shaw needs to call a team huddle and remind his players about pride. Guys get hurt when they are not giving 100%. We can't afford any more injuries.

Had a feeling we were going to have to hold ND to low 20's in points, because even with our offensive success previously, points were going to be hard to come by.
As much as it pains me to say, this ND team with Book at QB has a legit chance at the CFP.

Tough game on the road last week, classes started this week and then a long flight to South Bend. We haven't handled all of that very well

One thing to keep in mind: at Oregon, at Notre Dame was going to be toughest two game stretch of the season. Unlike last year, where we went 0-2 at USC and at SDSU, we were able to go 1-1 (albeit in miraculous fashion). However, they all count the same, and 4-1 has us in position to accomplish at least many of our goals with the toughest opponents (minus Washington) already played.

The question is . . . how good is ND? Or, how bad are we? I really don't know from this game. Are we Love-less now? Terrible night. Terrible.

I hope our women's soccer team humiliates ND to even up the score. We have casualties. I think we'll need a LOT of luck to beat Utah.

I know this loss sucked and the team largely looked lost in the second half, but the Utah game is at home. I'd be surprised if we lost at home again.

I don't think we need a lot of luck necessarily. For one, the game is at home. The DL of Utah is known to be good, which is problematic. However, Utah's offense is more limited. If we lose to Utah, I will be more concerned.

I was screaming this after they went down 21. There was no point to having Costello in there, just as there was no point to running Love on 3rd & 20+ (and getting him hurt AGAIN) just before that.
