Actually the difference was getting a stop on OSU's last drive within the 20 yard line.  That saved four points, which is the difference in the game.

No way to know what happened, they didn't show the replay.  It looked like the trainers were working on his ankle and not his knee, which could be good news, or might not be.

I agree that the INT was the difference. If Stanford scores on that drive, I think the Beavs start doubting themselves and game over. With the INT, they believe and they're in it.
