Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

Back to back games where we were blown out, this hasn't happened in quite a long time...it's embarrassing and is highly concerning. I know we have injuries, but we've had injuries in the past and always kept games close. The Oregon loss a couple years ago was the only time in the last few seasons when we were out of the game, but now to have it happened twice in a row and one of them at home is very concerning. It's more than breaking in a new QB or handing it off to McCaffrey one too many times or a couple missed corners.

By the end, I'd say there were 5,000 people in the stadium max. And half of them were Wazzu fans.

The Washington game you could chalk up to a bad day against a outstanding team on their home field. This one is a little tougher. Right now we just aren't a very good football team. Later on in the year, when we presumably get our injured players back and the OL and QB's get more seasoning, well, who knows. Hope springs eternal, though.
P.S. In the "you are only as good as your last game" department, less than two years after the Ducks played for the NC, the Oregon papers are already talking about whether Helfrich needs to go or not.

I left when it got to 35-10 and then we had another punt. It's been a long time since I left a game early with us on the short end of the stick - probably 2005.
