Burns appears to come in strictly for the purpose of sealing the backside. Cute, I guess, but gimmicky.

Love might've scored if Chryst didn't run in front of him and slow him down a step.

Go!

Re: Stanford at SDSU Game Thread - dabigv13 - 09-16-2017

Hate this.

Re: Stanford at SDSU Game Thread - BostonCard - 09-16-2017

Maybe we should have had Burns in there.  Ugh, we are short.

Why is Shaw kicking the FG?

They don't deserve to win. I cannot believe he kicked a FG

Because he knows a lot more about coaching and winning football games than any of us here. Don't question!

Apart from the TD Love has 5 yards on 5 carries. Not getting much.

Where are our tight ends?

We need more posts like this.  No sooner do you post it than Love goes for 47 yards, and then we throw it to Schultz.

Happy to help any way I can.

I mean, the way this game is going we probably would've fumbled for a TD by them if we went for it. The defense is playing pretty well, let's see if they can get a turnover.

Raise your hand if you thought Love would have more rushing yards than Penny AND that Chapman would have more passing yards than Chryst.

Re: Stanford at SDSU Game Thread - Phogge - 09-16-2017

That last, "Are you ******* kidding me" came from Livermore.

Re: Stanford at SDSU Game Thread - gocard14 - 09-16-2017

Ugh. Hate the call to kick a field goal there.

Re: Stanford at SDSU Game Thread - Stymie - 09-16-2017

I think Shaw is channeling Paul Wiggin, alas.......

Re: Stanford at SDSU Game Thread - amartinsu13 - 09-16-2017

That's how little trust Shaw has in our OL. Not going for it on 4th and inches.

Outplayed. Out coached outfought

Re: Stanford at SDSU Game Thread - martyup - 09-16-2017

Okay.  We've got the ball.  Let's do this.

Re: Stanford at SDSU Game Thread - BostonCard - 09-16-2017

Did I see the graphic correctly?  Stanford has 5.1 ypp?  Must be skewed by the two big Love runs.
