At 5:58 in the first quarter, I heard the SC band playing OUR song--ARN.Â Blasphemy!!!

I was at the 2012 game, and I don't remember hearing them play it.Â Maybe only at their home games?

I know I've heard'em play it back in the '80s. Not sure if it was maintained the entire time since then. But our version ROCKS.

$C has been playing their kind-of-weird march-style version of All Right Now for turnovers since at least the early(ish) 80s. I believe it thereby became the third song they knew.

As far as I can recall, this has consistently been so.

CTCard, BC and JJJ are absolutely right.Â I haven't missed more than two home games against USC since the early 80s and the USC band has set my teeth on edge with their version of "All Right Now" at every one.Â The NUMBER of times they play it depends on Stanford turnovers since that's their trigger.Â

Painful - We lose the ball and they play ARN.

I'm sure you guys that attend the games have heard it but it's easy to miss on TV.Â The Trojans claim their version predates ours.

Easiest way to solve the USC band problem is to play a turnover free game (see 2015) and/or win big (see 2009).

Silence is golden.Â Though I have always loved hearing bands strike up a tune only to be forced to stop suddenly when it is announced there is a flag on the field.Â That's the best.
