Stanford-UCLA game thread - washingtonismoney - 10-15-2015

Hell of a play for Holder

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - DC - 10-15-2015

Great interception and run!

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - thunder_chik - 10-15-2015

7-0, all right now!

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - dabigv13 - 10-15-2015

Awesome run back. Just money all around. That penalty was clearly brobdingnagian. Not sure I fully got it, but pretty happy the threw the flag!

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - BostonCard - 10-15-2015

Offensive pass interference, I think for runnimg a pick play to free up the receiver.

BC

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - washingtonismoney - 10-15-2015

UCLA kick returners always seem to choose poorly against us.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - Kathy - 10-15-2015

That was a big Stanford welcome for Josh Rosen!

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - washingtonismoney - 10-15-2015

Ugh, our poor tackling bites us there.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - jacketree - 10-15-2015

Broke Martinez' ankle on that. Sieve defense being bailed out by Bruin penalties.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - FarmBoy - 10-15-2015

Wow, Perkins is a bad man. And Rosen clearly has game, but FR mental errors will be tough to overcome against the Card. I wasn't pleased with how the first Stanford posession played out.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - washingtonismoney - 10-15-2015

Alfieri seems to be active so far.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - FarmBoy - 10-15-2015

Time of possession may not be in our favor this game...

Currently we've had the ball 2:34 for 5 plays, UCLA 5:22 for 10 plays.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - jacketree - 10-15-2015

True, but Stanford can't afford passes of the hands of TEs inside the 20.

Or just go all CMac all the time.  Surprised he was caught.  And AH gets open to make up for his drop.

Points Galore tonight?  5 plays - 14 points.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - thunder_chik - 10-15-2015

Hoppity Hooper tippy-toes it into a TD!

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - washingtonismoney - 10-15-2015

A coverage bust and no pressure. beautiful.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - jacketree - 10-15-2015

Hmmmm....can anyone in the Pac12 play defense?

This Rosen guy is good.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - DC - 10-15-2015

Rosen had how many seconds to find the wide open receiver?  :(

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - jacketree - 10-15-2015

Several.

Feel like Stanford can't let UCLA break serve.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - jacketree - 10-15-2015

Blatant hold then fumble. Luck and refs favoring Stanford.

Re: Stanford-UCLA game thread - FarmBoy - 10-15-2015

My confidence is eroding. But just keep tossing it to Hooper and we'll be good.
