Interesting that the video ends with the ESPN discussion of Wazzou's strengths, Stanford's defensive weaknesses. The coaches must have wanted to provide a little extra motivation to get everybody amped up for the game.

Lorde's voice ruins the video for me, so I muted it and played the original Tears for Fears version instead ;D

To each his own. The original was good, but the song's mood didn't match the somewhat dystopian lyrics ("there's a room where the light won't find you"), which might have been the point. Still, I thought Lorde's brooding matched the mood of the song well, and the musical build-up to the final "Everybody wants to rule the world" was great in her version.
I've always liked cover versions that seek to reinterpret a song, rather than re-sing it. Lorde does that, but if you don't like her voice, not much you can do.

Lorde's version has an edge to it that is far more appropriate for this team and this time.

Also the inclusion of those clips at the end leave no doubt in my mind that the number one audience for these is actually the players.

I hadn't heard this remake of the song - I'm also fine with it for purposes of this video.Â

Good video :) But overly dramatic and slow to develop imho...and the first couple of game sequences seemed pointless to a fan, but perhaps noteworthy to players.
